Here’s an idea: Barry has inexplicably high Bluff or Performance skills?
- Somehow able to convince Gundren to hire him as a bodyguard even though he is a nerd softboy
- Brings on the spooks as the Red Robe so THB won’t recognize him
- Ch’boi is “always nervous” according to Griffin himself so gee it’s almost as if Barry is a more confident person when he’s pretending to be someone else
What I’m saying is, during the Stolen Century whenever the crew needed to send someone undercover in a new world maybe Barry was your man (and Lup tagged along because she just loves theatrics)
